We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $50, while a flat rate of $7.99 applies to smaller orders.
How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
How can I track my order status?

Yes, all Powertec products include a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
